One of the best national parks in Sri Lanka to see wild elephants. The months between August and December are the Best time to visit Kaudulla National Park. The Kaudulla National Park has opened in 2002 and is surrounded by grasslands. The park is not particularly large, but certainly large enough for a complete jeep safari. It is home to more than 200 elephants, monkeys, and even a few crocodiles live here.
